DDP Plan Question - What happens if...

We are currently booked for a 6 night stay (2 adults / 2 kids) and looking at the DDP - it adds ~$600.

Lets assume we take the plunge and go for the DDP, - What happens in this case... My Nephew joins us at the last minute.- we won't know until day before trip... Now I have 2 adults plus 3 kids but only DDP for the original 4.. How do the resteraunts treat this?

you will need to add him onto your ressie - is your room size ok for 5? then you would also add him onto the DDP for the length of stay

Not sure you could add him the day before, as far as the DDP goes. Don't know how that would work for a one person increase. Normally it is 3 days/72 hours prior to arrival to even add the DDP to an existing package reservation.
And agree your room view would have to allow 5 in a room, depending on the ages of the children.

You can pay out of pocket for the extra person.
You just tell them you are paying seperate for him.

You couldn't add him the day before. Not sure you can make any adjustments to a package reservation less than 72 hours from check-in. Am pretty sure you can't add the dining plan after that.

You could pay OOP for his meals though. Make sure the server or cashier knows you are paying cash for a meal and DDP for the others.

As has been mentioned you need to have a room with capacity for 5 persons, unless one is a child under age 3.
