My fiancé and I will be in WDW for a week in May. It will be just the two of us. On our previous trip we were on the DxDP, we loved the convenience but it was way too much food. Out of the dining plans, DDP looks like it would be a good fit. I was wondering if getting TiW or the DDP would be more cost effective. We are DVC owners/Season Passholders and TiW will cost us $100 for 20% off most food and beverage in WDW. DDP will cost us $778.26 in total. So, DDP or TiW? :confused3

As far as I'm concerned it is Tables in Wonderland all the way. But I visit WDW often, order alcohol, almost never do buffets or family style, tend not to order desserts and can go with 2 appetizers instead of an entree.

You can't use TIW at most counter service, if you enjoy those and eat at them a lot. Also, Teppan Edo and La Hacienda de San Angel are excluded. You can use it most everywhere else...including the Swan/Dolphin which has restaurants that are better than most of Disney's.
