I'm just curious since this is not book as part of a package when you stay as a DVC member, can you purchase a certain number of days or are you still restricted to having to purchase for your entire length of stay? So if I am staying for 9 nights in June, do I have to buy 9 DDP days or can I just buy 5 for example? Since I put in my bid for resale on 7/17, I am still waiting for things to finish up. I am just so darned excited for next year. Finally we get to stretch out a bit! Those value rooms are soooo cramped!

You still must have the DDP for all nights of your stay, same plan for everyone in the room.

So could I book two trips and have DDP for one and not the other maybe?
Depends. Yes if you book two different resorts or two different types of rooms (different booking categories). In essence, you will have to change rooms between the stays.

This will require some thought. What I want to do is do DDP for a few days since it seems everyone wants some sit down meals. But I will also need to look at the cost of the meals too. It could be DDP still won't be a vaule because on the days we have a sit down meal we don't want a full CS as well. You know being an accountant is sometimes a curse!

You might want to consider: http://tablesinwonderland.com/

It's now available to DVC Members that don't have an Annual Pass for $100. Same price as non-passholder FL residents.
Annual Passholders can purchase the TiW card for $75.

Too funny! I'm an accountant also and I ran the numbers. I will be adding ddp since it will save us some $ as opposed to oop. We have 2 adults and 2 children.

I am so glad I am not the only one that goes over the numbers like this. Even some of my fellow accountants at work think I go just a little overboard!
