DDP on a 14 night stay

We're staying for 14 nights - when does my DDP expire ? If I eat a QS meal on arrival day can I still use the credits on my departure day which is in effect day 15 ?

Your credits will expire at midnight on the day you check out

All unused dining credits expire at midnight on the night of departure, so yes, as long as you have sufficient credits you will be fine.

As has been said you can use the credits anytime from check in till midnight on check out day.

They can be used in any order too
