To add the DDP, can we buy park hopper tickets, or are they limited to one park each day tickets?

You can buy whatever tickets you would like. The only thing is, you have to have everyone on the same package.

The only requirement to add the Disney Dining Plan is that you purchase a package.....room reservation and tickets.
