We are on the basic dining plan and I was wondering what the most popular places for a TS,QS and Snacks are?

TS LE Cellier close Capt. Jacks and Coral Reef
CS Flame Tree BBQ. & Columbia Habor House
SC Anyone of the goodies at Kringla Bakeri Norway in Epcot

TS: wolfgang puck cafe (DTD), raglan road (DTD), chefs de france (EPCOT-france), tutto italia (EPCOT-italy-new, but getting popular quickly), Boma (AKL), Akerhaus (EPCOT - norway, princess meal)
agree with LeCellier (smallest restaurant & books quickly), coral reef

CS: wolfgang puck express (DTD), earl of sandwich (DTD), sunshine seasons (EPCOT), tangierine cafe (EPCOT-Morocco)
we use all our snacks on mochacinos (MGM) and/or goodies during F&WF so really not much input there
