I have two kids who like "adult" food much better than the regular stuff offered on the kids menus. When using the DDP, could they possibly get 1 adult meal to share for the 2 kids credits? I think it would work out cheaper for the restaraunts if they let us do this too, but I don't know if it's considered "legal" in the DDP World.:confused3

I don't see how this can be done. On your card there are a certain adult TS and child TS credits allotted to you. They are separated so unless the restaurant was willing to bend th rules, I think it may be a problem. I would look over the menus and see which TS restaurants have a children's menu that best suits your children. We went to several whose selections were very nice and offered some restaurant specific items on the children's menu. My DGD had steak and chicken for dinner. She loves pasta and ordered that as well.

There is no way to convert child credits to adult credits and if there was it would be a lot more than 2 for 1, probably 4 to 1 for a TS meal.

The best solution is to patronize buffet restaurants or restaurants that serve family style like LTT. Finally look to restaurants that have "adult type" food on the kids menu. WCC has a kids skillet for example.
