IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
I am going down in Feb with 2A and 2C (7 and 4) for 7 nights.
My 4 yo doesn't eat so great but my 7 yo does. If I went to a restaurant knowing that we were getting all that food, I would order meals for us and then get 1 adult meal and split it between the kids. Together with our meals that would be MORE than enough.
I want to have a stress free vacation, not have to worry about what credit's I have left or could I have done this or should I do that. However, I've been reading all the posts as to how to get the most from your DDP.
My first approach was to just use it as it was intended and not try to get more out of it in regards to sharing. BUT there are nights I have open without any dining ressies because I didn't have any TS or CS left.
Here's what I have so far:
Day 1 - Dinner (open)
Day 2 - B (OOP?); L: Tangerine Cafe (4 CS); D: LeCellier (4 TS)
Day 3 - B (OOP?); L: use (4 CS); D: Boma (4 TS)
Day 4 - B (OOP?); L: Tusker House (4 CS); D: Ohana (4 TS)
Day 5 - B (OOP?); L: Cosmic Rays (4 CS); D: Liberty Tree (4TS)
Day 6 - B (OOP?); L: use (4 CS); D: Hoop de Doo (8TS)
Day 7 - B: Chef Mickeys (4TS), L: Pecos Bills (4 CS), D: OOP?
Day 8 - B (OOP?)
So I'm all confused with the kids menu vs. adult menu thing. Are our DDP cards (or whatever you get) specifed as KIDS VS ADULTS? Could I order 1 ADULT meal and have my kids split it?
I'm mostly worried about my kids having the same choices off the kids meals every night. I'd like them to eat "regular" food, not just Hamburger, Hot Dog, Chicken Nuggets.
Also I'm confused as to if there are any meals I should pay for OOP instead of using a TS or CS on, esp for my kids.
