DDP in lounge areas - Question

Can I use a TS credit if I order from the menu at the Tune In Lounge? I know the menu they use is from the 50's prime time cafe but DH and I prefer sitting in the lounge.

Also does anyone know of any other Lounge (bar areas) that have full menus from the neighboring restaurants and can a TS credit be used for them as well?

we are contemplating DDP for our Oct trip and we're curious if this is allowed.
