I booked the free dining plan for myself, husband & daughter for a 10-night trip. When I booked it, I knew there was a possibility that my husband may not be able to start the trip on the same day as my daughter and I, but would join us a few of days later if this occurred. I received my paperwork today and it states that "all party members must be present upon check-in or package entitlements will be modified". I don't want to lose my free dining!

Has anyone ever been in this situation? How was it handled?

:thanks:

That dosen't seem fair not all can make the same time. Call and ask for a supervisoe and double check good luck.

Last year the paperwork said the same thing, that all individuals need to be present. When I checked into the Pop Century last year during free dining, I was the only one present for my group of 4. I was able to check in for us all and received all the keys. There are some on the board for which this rule was enforced but it sounds for the most part that it was not. A good suggestion would be to make sure you have a copy of his airline information that proves he is flying in on such and such a date.
