This trip was the first time we tried DDP. I was reading the DDP thread before the trip and wondering how things work out..
It worked out pretty well for us. We could try a lot of new routine, like getting quick breakfast at Main Street bakery. If we did not have DDP, we probably got qucik breakfast at hotel room to save money and time. We were not dessert eaters but we could try variety of dessert this time, And we did not have to worry about carrying cash all the time.
Do we want to use DDP again? it depends on how many table service restaurants we are going to go. We went to 4 restaurants and one of them was CRT so we could use all 5 table service restaurant credits (we stayed 5nights/6days). So measurement to take DDP is the number of table service restaurant. If we have 5 restaurants we want to try, we are going to take DDp option no matter what.
Money wise, we probably overpaid by taking DDP, but convinience was the key for us. It was FUN to use/calcurate credits everyday...
