DDP for part of the vacation?

Can you purchase the DDP for only part of the stay? For example, we'll be at Disney May 26-June 2 and I would like to purchase the plan for 3 days. We intend to eat at 'Ohana and are interested in Cape May and Biergarten but we (1) won't eat a TS meal every day and (2) are not going to pay out of pocket for 3 buffets for 5 adults, which would be well over $700 for 3 meals.
