? DDP for cash/points ressie??

Hi! We are considering doing a few additional nights (DVC resort) (cash ressie) in addition to the week we have booked on points! I was wondering..... can we do the ddp for all or just the nights we have booked on points?? Thanks for any input!

Did you pay cash to DVC or to CRO? If you made the cash reservation through MS, you can add the dining plan for those days. If you booked through CRO, you'll need to have a package, meaning rack rate and tickets to get dining.

And if you are staying in the same resort, same size villa (and the same category) on cash through MS, it is one big stay. You don't have to move or check out and back in. But if you are staying in one of the bookable only on points type villas (BW view at the BWV, dedicated two bedroom with two queens in the second bedroom at BVC or standard view at BWV), you can't get those for cash, even through MS.

If I were you, I wouldn't want the DDP for the extra days. After a week of DDP we are sick of eating, just too much food. We get tired of getting to all of the ADRs. After a while we feel like we are on a eating vacation, not a WDW vacation. The credits are good until midnight of your check out day so you could use the DDP on your first cash day.

I just booked an OKW 1 bed stay for Thurs. through Monday, paying cash (with 25% discount for the weekend) We were able to have DDP for all 4 nights.
