O MAN O MAN, so overwhelmed!! The only TS places I've eaten at are San Angel Inn, Chefs de France, and ESPN! (besides Il Mulino and the Dolphin Fountain if those count... not this time with DDP!) I have NO idea what's good where... what TS places are your favorites?

We're going to be staying at Pop, and going to all of the parks, DTD, and Boardwalking...
I don't really want to do character dining or big breakfasts I don't think...

ACK! What's good?? (or not good....) :confused3

CRT is overrated, don't go.

Ohana and Coral Reef are my all-time favorites.

Brown Derby @ HS is good, so is Mama Melrose.

Both Boma and Jiko are AWESOME options over at AKL!

Here's what I have booked for September:

San Angel Inn
Hoop De Do Review (GREAT!!!)
Mama Melrose
Biergarten (not been, but reading good reviews)
Teppan Edo
O'Hana (Love this!)
Boma

Besides the HDDR and O'Hana, I've been to Whispering Canyon and thought that was good. We went to Rose and Crown one year and was not impressed ... not great, not bad - just didn't feel I'd want to go back. ESPN Club is always good ... standard sport's bar stuff. Buffet at Ft. Wilderness is good ... what's that called?

Anyway ... my limited experience with table service.

When are you going and who is in your party? Are there children and what are their ages? Is it adults only? The places I would recommend for a family with young children are very different from what I would recommend for an Adults only couple.
My very favorite restaurant is Jiko, but not for children. It is an upscale, quiet restaurant, more suited to adults.
We love Teppan Edo in Japan for all ages, the chefs entertain as they cook your food on the grill. We also like Restaurant Marakkesh in Morocco the food is delicious and the belly dancer is fun.
Narcoosee's is another upscale restaurant that I have enjoyed.
Take a look at the menus here on the DIS as well as at allearsnet.com and see what appeals to your party.
Have a Great Trip

Coral Reef & O'hana are two of our favorite TS for dinner. Both have good food & nice atmospheres. Coral Reef has the giant aquarium, which is neat to see all the different sea creatures swimming around as you dine. O'hana also has a nice atmosphere with the Polynesian theming.

Well it would really depend on what kind of food you like too. Like my family is not very big into alot BBQ, really saucy types of food. I know you said your not really interested in character dinning but I will say Liberty Tree Tavern was our favorite restraunt. It was a family style meal with the best mashed potatoes we could find in WDW anywhere. The hot rolls and the sweet butter were amazing. So if we go back it's a must on our list. The characters are just a bonus!

We love Kona Cafe (great prime rib and filet ::yes::) and Ohana at the Poly :thumbsup2. We also enjoy Cape May Clambake at the BC, which a buffet with excellent food :goodvibes.

Really depends on the type of food you like.

We are two adults with very different tastes in food (one plain with serious shellfish allergy, one adventurous) and find the following work well for us:

Crystal Palace at MK
Liberty Tree Tavern at MK
Le Cellier at EPCOT
Yachtsman Steakhouse at YC
Turf Bar & Grill at SSR
Concourse Steakhouse at CR (closed--darn it!)
1900 Park Faire at GF

There are a couple of others I can't think of at the moment.

These all are for dinner, BTW. We don't do breakfast!

Edited to add:

We've also dined at Hollywood & Vine at DHS. Less fond of the food here. It's okay, but less than wonderful--at least our experiences.
