We were at the F&WF a few years ago and were able to use DDP snacks at the different countries kiosks for the food is that still allowed?

Yes, we did that in October.

I'm hoping it's allowed again this year. I will have 12 snack credits that are (mostly) going for F&W festival stuff. Have to save a few for the caramel shop

We can never say in advance that it will be allowed, because it's never announced officially until the menu boards come out and WDW sometimes changes things. But it was allowed in 2011.

We used it on many items last year and hope to do the same this year (though we will probably use a few less since we will only have half as many credits this year)

Last year all food items were available as a SC at the booths with the exception of the ice cream topped with Grand Marnier (due to the alcohol).
