So as of yesterday I can purchase the DDPx without tickets which is great but I have a few questions, hopefully you guys can help me?

1. When do the credits start and end? Will I get the same for my check in day as I do on my check out day? So if I am there March 30th to April 5th how many credits to I get?

2. Tip is not included right?

3. On TS the appetizer is included but no dessert?

I am trying to decide if we should do this as opposed to the DDE card. I have 2 TS meals scheduled on each day, 1 breakfast and 1 dinner, I thought we could wing it and share CS plus DH is a huge snacker...he loves to get lots of yummy stuff and share.

Any comments are appreciated.

The Deluxe DDP is 3 meals per day. It includes appetizer (unlike the DDP), entree & dessert. 2 snacks per day and a refillable mug. Tip is not included.

The credits are based on the amount of nights that you are staying, not days. So for a 5nt,6day stay you would have 15credits per person on the plan --3credits x 5nts=15credits--(all people in the room/reservation must be on the plan)

Credits are available from check in until midnight of the day you check out.

Don't forget when comparing that the DDE now includes an automatic 18% gratuity. It's still a good deal though, as most of us would give at least 18% anyways (we always just gave the 20% back, so I guess our servers will lose out now)

Unless you have a lot of signature dining in there and you're planning on purchasing the DXDDP you may find that the plans dont[ shore up with your eating plans. If you like 2TS per day and not many are signature dining then you may prefer to pay OOP using hte DDE.

DXDDP is most likely going to be too much food 3TS/CS per day plus 2 snacks each per day plus the refillable mugs. All TS meals are 3 courses and do not include tip.
With this you'd have 15 TS/CS per person and 10 snacks per person.

DDP is going to be too little food for your plans and you will have OOP expenses. 1TS, 1CS 1 snack TS is only two courses since you get no appetizer and tip is not included.
With this you'd get 5TS per person, 5CS per person and 5 snacks per person.

For us DDP was not enough, but DXDDP was overkill, we'll use the DDE and other discounts that come with DVC and AP's. Good luck, working with multiple windows open and trying to rework it to fit the plan can be overwhelming!
