DDP CS Kids Meal Question

What is the general rule of thumb for CS eatries like the Lotus Blossom Cafe or Catalina Eddie's?
At the Cafe the only thing listed for kids is a dessert. Do the kids get to choose an adult entree?

Same with Eddie's. But there is not even a dessert listed for the kids.

Catalina Eddie's & Pizza Planet...

There choices are the same as the adults.

Pizza planet DD got the same thing I did on DP we both got cheese pizza with salad, drink and rice crispie mickie on a stick
