DDP Cancellation Policy

We've booked an impromptu trip to WDW to take advantage of the buy 4 get 7 deal. Am going on Presidents Week in Feb and staying at POP (first time in Feb and 1st time in POP for us). This is going to be a 'budget' trip for us.

We've had free dining in the past (have never paid for it). For this trip I decided to book DDP under the theory we do usually do at least 1 TS per day (so maybe disney's marketing of free dining works - as I would've never considered paying for DDP in the past). But am having trouble getting into character meals late in the week (which is odd as I thought later in the week would be easier).

Anyway, my question is how late can one cancel their DDP? Is there a late cancellation fee? I would assume I could cancel late and not incur a fee... but I am not sure.

Any change that results in Disney getting less of your money incurs a $50 change fee.

$50 per person or for the whole ressie

Whole ressie - and only because you're less than 45 days from arrival

If your trip was more than 45 days away, i.e. before final payment was due, you could make any changes you wanted at no additional cost.
