DDP - Can I add on now, even though I don't need park tix???

And if so, how much $$ is it for adults and kids to add on the dining plan??? We basically have reservations for 1 sit-down dining experience per day, so I am thinking that perhaps we would be better off to get the dining plan. However, since we already booked POP and don't need tix (have them left over from the last visit) I don't even know if they let you do this. Forgive me if this has been answered a million times already. I've been surfing all over the disneyworld website and just can't find the answer. Thanks!

You can only get the DDP if you book a package including room & tix (the exception to this is renting points for a DVC stay). You could just get a one day base ticket and save it for your next visit if you determine the DDP would save you money on the meals you already have planned. The one-day tickets can be used later towards the purchase of APs or multi-day tickets.

No, they will not let you do this.
In order to be eligible for the Disney Dining Plan, you must book a Magic Your Way Package, which includes your room and park tickets.
The only other way to get the DDP is to be staying in a Disney Vacation Club property using points. Since you're staying at Pop Century, this option doesn't apply to you but I wanted to cover all bases.

Now, you can call Disney or your Travel Agent and see about converting your apparent room-only reservation to a MYW package. You'd need to purchase at least one-day base passes for each person on your reservation, but you could hold them for another trip.

If you have any room discount, you'll probably have to give that up, too.
