DDP AP help...CM related

I have a xmas trip BOOK w MYW tickets and DDP that I booked w WDW directly.
I will have AP in my hand when I get to WDW.
Called CRO. I wanted the MYW tickets taken out of my ressie and keep my DDP.
Was told it could be done, as AP does have a dining plan during my stay time in 08 and 09 , but I was told to have my TA to call to arrange the change.

I DIDN'T USE A TA...I called WDW direct. Should I call them back and tell them I don't have a TA and have them take care of it. The woman said there was special code.

You need to find the code that you want; I posted links to codes on your other thread. Call CRO and tell them you want to modify your reservation. Give them your old reservation number and tell them you want to switch to an AP rate with DDP on code "xyz" (whatever the code is).

If they say something about a TA tell them you didn't use a TA. If the CM can't help you politely thank them and call back. If you repeatedly can't get a CM to help you (it's possible there's a goof in your ressie as who booked it), ask for a supervisor.

I got it changed!! It took the MYW hopper pass OFF my ressie.
Saving $225.00 for the AP verses MYW. We are having 2 trips in 8 months, with 12 days at the parks. I just couldn't see wasting 225.00.
That is a lot of money to SAVE. =)
