We've been to disney on the DDP and DxDP 5x with dd who is 6, but this is the first time she is interested in seeing fantasmic and the candlelight processional. I have the ressies for both, but am wondering if she will have to order a meal to get the passes. The meals a going to be much earlier than our normal dinner times and she will joy the apps much more than the kids meals. If we don't have to use her TS I can book another meal and just pay OOP for me and dh. What has your experience been? Thanks!

The package is a fixed price meal. You'll be charged as if it were a buffet; everyone pays.

Thanks, I figured so. I didn't want to hunt for those hard to get holiday adr unless we had extra TS credits to burn.

will the restaurants pack up the food to go? For fantasmic we are eating at Mama Melrose and Coral Reef for the processional. I would hate to waste all that food and have to buy another meal OOP for dd when she gets hungry an hour later. I'm thinking pizza at mama Melrose and maybe chicken tenders for coral reef with fruit.

All you can do is ask. They usually have containers for leftover desserts, so I don't know why they wouldn't pack up any food she doesn't eat.

They usually have to go boxes. They always ask me if I want my stuff to go but I always decline because i have no where to store it during rides etc.

Oh I didn't think about storing it. I guess I'll just throw it in my book bag and hope for the best.
