DDP and refreshment port in epcot

I just read on the "confirmed" snack list that 6 and 9 pc mcnuggets and either size fries is considered snacks. Could this be true? Great for kids if true. Even if you can only get fries, the large size is a small lunch for my girls and they're teens. They can save room for their Spoo dles dinner!
