DDP and a picky eater

I have a 2 part question. I have a Ds11 who loves to eat and a Dd13 who is a small, picky eater but will eat the usual kids meals items (chicken fingers, spaghetti, hamburger). We will be on the DDP so...1. can she order off of the kids menu and 2. could we use 3 credits and pay oop for the kids meal? I know typically it's up to the individual restaurant but was wondering if anyone has a child like this and how did you work your dining plan.

Probably yes, at everything but buffets, family style all you can eat, and fixed price meals.
