I don't know how long this has been there but just noticed today when making a reservation for both Flying Fish and Raglan Rd for this month, that after you reserve they have the chart that tells you what dining plan participates and how many credits it requires and neither of those resturants will be available for regular dining in 2012 only deluxe and up! Wonder how many other ones will be off the list and how many people will stop using the DDP now.

They're not off the list. Flying Fish takes both the regular and deluxe plans. Raglan Road is not on the 2012 DDP list yet because it isn't operated by Disney. Don't go by what the website says. It's wrong all the time. Use the DDP brochures. There is a link to one in the 2012 DDP sticky thread on the dining plan board (where I'm moving this).

Ok it was confusing because on the page for the reservation it lists them as available for all the other plans so thought it it was a contract issue it wouldnt be listed for any of them

Just don't trust the website. Flying Fish is operated by Disney so it can't be a contract issue for them.
