Is the 18% added on the total before or after the discount? Also, for the food courts in the value resorts, are they adding 18% to those totals as well?

I can't answer both questions, but as for the food courts in the value resorts, they do NOT add the gratituity. It's only added to table service meals.

Customarily, any tip or service charge is figured on the full menu price, before discount. I believe DDE follows this custom.
