I know that this site says allow 2-3 weeks to receive your DDE card. Can anyone tell me how long it actually took for yours to arrive?

I also read that you can get a temporary card at Epcot guest services... can you get this at anytime? We arrive on a Sunday.

It took 2 weeks for my card to arrive.

You need to call DDE and ask for the temporary card. Let them know your date of arrival. You would pick it up at Epcot guest services and I believe you can pick it up on a Sunday.

Their office isn't open weekends so make sure you call them in enough time for them to get your temp card over to Epcot.

This spring I sent in my renewal about mid April and it wasnt there the week before our trip in mid May. So I called to check and she said "oh, they just sent it yesterday." I'm thinking "yeah, riiiight" But it did come a day or two later. However, she told me that if it didnt come I could get one at Guest Services at Epcot, and they have all the info in the computer. I would just have to show ID.

Ours took just about 3 weeks to arrive.

I think they only submit one order for cards a month. If you happen to buy it close to when they put the order in, you will get it much quicker. We have had it take everywhere from 2 weeks to 5 weeks to get our official card.

Less than 3 weeks for us last September.
