DDE Restrictions

I have seen a partial list of DDE card restrictions (like the holidays...), but I have also heard that there are others that are listed on the letter that comes with the card. Since they are not open today to ask - anyone have that info to help me out? We're trying to decide AP vs. MYW ticket for one of us on our trip, and trying to make sure we can make up for the cost difference. Our kids are young (8 & 5), so we don't have those "big teens" to feed.

I can't think of many off the top of my head. I know that it can't be used at counter service other than AK. It doesn't include all of the DTD restaurants, Rainforest, for example.

There may be more, but it hasn't been anything that has affected us. We really like DDE because we don't eat at many TS restaurants, but the ones we do, we can use the card. It's also good for up to 10 people so that really helps when we take our family to character meals!
