DDE question

Does anyone else think 8 weeks to process these cards is ridiculous? Yeah, when it comes right down to it I'm just glad to get the thing at all but does it really have to take 2 months?

I agree, I think it's nuts it takes so darn long. But I hate to complain about it, I'm so happy to be getting it!

I ordered my card on Feb 1st and it arrived today, March 31st. We used the email during our Feb trip and it worked fine. But take extra copies.

I checked my visa bill and the DDE charge was processed on 3/10 so it took three weeks for it to arrive after it was processed. And even though I ordered it Feb 1st it had an expiration date of 3/31/06. I thought that was nice (considering we used it in Feb).

Just call and ask for the email. She was very nice and the email worked fine.

BTW, I like the look of the card

I'm a couple of days behind you. Can you post when you get yours and what the card expiration is? I leave a day before you also, but i'm still hopeful as cards are so much easier.

If you would like, i have an excel spreadsheet i did of the DDE/DVC/AP discounts that fit on one page. Could use another set of eyes to check it though. or add merchandise shopping golfing etc to it for the back.

No problem, I'll let you know as soon as I get the card. I already know that the expiration date is 3/31, they told me that they day I ordered it over the phone.
Wow, you did an excel sheet? Nice and Organized you are!
I would love to check it out for you, but I'm at work right now and have no paperwork with me.

I ordered a DDE card on 3/22 and told the CM my next trip was in early May. She said the card would take about 6-8 weeks. If I didn't get the card before the trip she said to call a few days before the trip and they would e-mail me a letter to use. Well this past week I got a confirmation letter in the snail mail that is good through May 31 and this letter states that the membership is good through April 30, 2006. I hadn't heard of anyone getting the letter through the mail.
