DDE Question

If I'm going to WDW with 2 other people, do all 3 of us have to be a DDE member to get the 20% off the entire dining bill, or does only 1 of us have to be a DDE member to get the 20% off the entire bill?

Also I know the DDE membership is $60 for AP/PAP holders, would you happen to know if the DDE membership has to be renewed each year like the AP/PAP's and if so, how much the renewal rate is for AP/PAP holders?

I moved this back to the main board, as it is different plan than the Dining Plan.
Anyway-it does include alcohol, and tho I've only had mine this first year, I think it is renewable at the going rate of 60.00 annually.
Should add that in one trip alone we saved nearly $300, and we have two more trips scheduled before it expires.

As long as I'm present at the meal, can somone else at the table other than myself pay for the meal, but I present my DDE card and we still get the 20% discount, or does the 20% discount only get applied if I as the DDE cardholder am paying for the meal?
