DDE purchase question.

I have an AP voucher I will be activating for our November girls trip. Since I am also doing a family trip in Oct 09 (or so the plan goes) we decided to get the DDE card.

How do you go about buying it if you don't have an activated pass? I would like to buy it BEFORE we leave. I hate wasting time once I am in the World. Can I buy it now with just a voucher or do I have wait to get there and activate the voucher? If I have to wait till I am in the Disney, where in DIsney can I buy the card?

Any DDE info or tips would be great. This is one thing we have never done before.

You can purchase DDE at any Guest Service.....the very same place that you must go to activate the AP voucher. The whole thing will take but a couple minutes.
