DDE phone number

I purchased my AP on line, and since it's within a week of our trip, was issued an online voucher/certificate, to print and hand in at a ticket window at WDW. I thought it would be identical to those received in the mail, but it doesn't have the DDE info printed upon it. I want to order the DDE, to pick up at Epcot this weekend when we arrive. Can someone with an AP either provide the phone number below, or PM me with it?

I just received my Premium annual pass Exchange certificate in the mail today and there is no mention of DDE. I am also interested in this. Is this something I should order in advance?
