The number I have from my last email from DDE is 407-566-5858. I don't have the 800 number sorry.

sanddune, just so you will know a sorta time frame.....i ordered ours on february 14 and have yet to receive it. i called this morning(4-14) and was told i would receive it by the end of the month. we leave mid-may.
