DDE/Fantasmic package

I made an ADR this morning for Fantasmic dinner package at H&V for July. I asked about the DDE discount and she said NO, we couldn't get discounts. H&V is on the list of restaurants that take the DDE discount, so I'm wondering if its just because of the fantasmic package that disallows the discount.
Anyone have any info on this or have ever tried to apply DDE to H&V Fantasmic/dinner package?

Unfortunately, they will not let you use the DDE discount on any dinner packages like Fantasmic or Candlelight Processional.
