DDE Expiration Dates

Now that the DDE is available to annual passholders, we'll probably get it this year.

Two questions, one of which I think I know the answer to, the other I know I don't:

1) We are a group of 5. All 5 of us could use one card, thereby getting a 20% discount on all our meals. Is this correct?

2) We are going down in August 2005 and June 2006. Will one card last us for this long? If so, when should we order it? Or, is it only good for calendar year 2005?

1) Yes, as long as you are all on the same check. You will actually get 2 cards, one in your name, and another in the name of a second adult in your household.

2) I would order it in June or maybe July 1 of this year. That should give them time to get the card to you prior to your August Trip and it should be valid for 1 year from the date your order it. (Actually, until the end of that month...cards ordered now expire 1/31/06)

My original card, and the renewal, were both valid until the last day of the month after it was received. (Original received in Sept 03 valid to 10/31/04; replacement actually received in November and good through 12/31/05).

If you ask for separate checks officially they give the discount to only one check.
