DDE cards for Parents?

It says you can purchase an additional DDE card when ordering yours for a spouse or significant other. Does anyone know if you get the additional card does the person have to be an annual pass holder? Both me and DF were thinking of purchasing them and getting the extra to give to our parents or other family so they can use on thier trip for the wedding.

No you dont have to be an annual passholder. Although the rates are higher if you dont have an annual pass or not florida residence.. My dad and I have a card... They say that you need to live in same address...
