DDE Card?

Can anyone tell me where to get that DDE Dining Card? I've seen people talk about it but I wasn't sure where to get it. Thanks

I believe I had gotten the application from the AP section on disneyworld.com. I have heard that people are getting their cards alot faster these days. It took the 6 weeks for us and it arrived right before we left for vacation!!
