DDD - walking to start line

Hi everyone!
I've scrolled through some of the other Disneyland race threads, but I have not been able to easily locate which off-site hotels are within walking distance to the starting line. I have an AP and am hoping to sign up for the DDD tomorrow. I completed the Dopey Challenge so I would like to go ahead and earn the Coast to Coast since this may be the only year I have the opportunity to do so.

If you check out the Disneyland forums on the board, you'll find lots of great information about local hotels, including maps and recommendations.
If it's the same course as last year, anything on the Disneyland Hotel side of Downtown Disney will be very close to the start. We stayed at the opposite end of DTD, at the Del Sol Inn, which made for a 10-15 minute walk to the start.

We stayed at Ramada Maingate on Harbor - other side of the parks from Disney hotels - and had maybe a 15 minute walk across the street and through Downtown Disney to the starting area. It took a little longer once in the area to get back to our corral (last), but not a problem in the least.

Holiday inn on walnut walks right to start in 10-13 mins

Best western Stovall's Inn on katella is great. Stayed there last weekend for tinkerbell and it was an easy walk to the expo and races.
