I got a $200 Amex gift card from one of our suppliers. He is a friend and has done it every year. No chance of moving the business so no conflict. I usually use it in golf in the spring.

No white Christmas here either. The high wind last night took out a lot of the outside decorations so we'll be setting everything back up today.

High winds hit here last night, so it's gotten colder. Forcast calls for "snow showers" tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.

YEah, accepting the gift is a real no-no, conflict of intrest, blah blah blah. She snuck it to me ,and I thought it was just a Tim Horton's card, not a Visa one ! Fun when gift giving turns into a covert stealth operation.

I have a good friend that just moved back to St. Louis working for Budweiser. They are really strict about everything. They have a lot of really cool new beers coming out soon. I'll see if I can get some names from him, but we had a tasting and they were all called mixture #?? as they were not approved and only in test phases. Those are fun parties

Well, nothing definite. We know we only have budgeted the two weeks. Like Jim said, I really like having the two seperate trips planned, but I also probably will never have the chance again to have a week's vacation at WDW followed by a cruise.

Then, the other two issue are that we booked Spring Break during Eastr week. We knew to expect really big crowds, but were still worried about. Then, there is th actual Fall Break week. If we keep th cruise, I'll still have to take that week off work to stay home with the dds. Then we are back to that opportunity thing again.

Yeah, there are winners everywhere. As for cruise, still not sure. We now have potentially three weeks of vacation and can only afford two. Neither of those trips had airfare budgeted for four people.

We still have a little bit of snow here but it did rain all night.

DS was suppose to be in a basketball tournament this weekend but he was sick most of the night. We skipped the first game and now we will have to see if he can make the game this evening.

The day is started off well....two basketball games down...Ethan made the buzzer shot at the end of his game and they won...Now, we need to get the house ready for family to arrive for the first Christmas party tonight...
