From what I gathered, you keep them but you get issued new bands. However you can link the old bands to your current trip as well...one CM told us some people were going resort to resort to get every colour, basiclt hopping resort to reost with different rssies each day. (Crazy people)

One of the people I work with went a couple weeks before me, when they came back I asked so what did you do, she said everything, but everything I mentioned to her she had not a clue what I was talking about, and she goes even year

Weird..we had no set plan, and still did everything we wanted to plus...I even hit things we hadn;t done in years, or hadn't done at all

I did learn though, that I can't quite "commando" through the parks anymore. I was a ghost of my usual self the second half of the trip...so worn out...
