Our Disney dates are Aug 4-8/9ish (depending on if our wait list comes through on night of the 8th. Otherwise, it's one more night at the in-law's. Flying back on the 10th. I'll leave you a big steamy surprise for you somewhere, though.

I got a bunch of Swiss Chard with my CSA box this week. I was thinking "What the heck am I going to do with this bitter veggie?" Then I figured that everything goes better with bacon.

Saute it with some olive oil and garlic. Add crispy bacon and some red onion and you have a pretty good salad.

Hold th veggie. Double the bacon. And rum.

DD had the marshmallow Sundae in a waffle bowl dipped in chocolate. DS had the same old vanilla cone he always has. That kid needs to loosen up a little. Of course if you want to know the fist 150 digits in Pi, he's your man.

Just got back from a project site meeting. Always nice to be outside when it's pouring buckets of rain.

I liked the picture of you with the road closed sign. Funny stuff. If I can ever find a desk in the middle of some scenery with a sign that says, no working, I'll get a picture.

Wow my trip to the world id almost a month away.. I have nothing planned out except the rooming so far. Nothing like winging it!!!

That can be fun too. If you're a party of two, it's doable.

It's only 10am, but that sure does look good right about now.

What is this time obsession. Drinking before 10 doesn't mean you have a problem, it means you're a pirate.

Sports update. DS scored 11 points in a one point hoops victory last night to move the team to 4-1. DD scored 8 in a blow out victory a short time after and a 3-1 record to start the season. We all went out for ice cream after so everyone wins!

Carry on gentlemen. Off to see what I missed last night.
