Thanks Fed for your service. It is good to be reminded that we have dedicated professionals who are willing to run into the fire. We lost a lot of them that day.

I was living in NY then and our office was located a few blocks away from the towers. Spent a lot of time at the Trade Center and loved those buildings. About three weeks before DD and I went to the observatory. A few pictures from our trip...

No need to remind me. I keep telling DS how spoiled he is with all the success of the sports teams and he just "whatever"'s me. If you ever want to head out this way and see a winning team play, let me know. I can get tickets to just about any of them if I know ahead of time.

I feel your pain with 2 Superbowl losses to the Giants in the last few years and last year's AFC title game loss to those purple birds to the south.

I just wanted to add that I, as a Canadian also appreciate the sacrifice that all our American brothers have made. We are a more secure nation because of it.
I extend my thanks to all Canadians that also served during that time and to all those that continue to do so.

I have to admit I was a little worried last night listening to the President speak. I just hope that this new confrontation does not develop into something terrible.

Not a very happy camper right now. I am only in the door for about 5 minutes and my wife hit me with this..
wife: hey I was thinking.Instead of going to Disney in Nov why dont we go to Canada.
Me : say what??
Wife: Yea my cousin is getting her baby baptized and I think may we could go.We have never been there.
me: yea there is a reason we have never been there it s Canada those people are crazy( just kidding I made this part up to fire up my Canadian friends )

So now I might be losing out on Disney in Nov for Canada.
