:lmao::rotfl2: Just get her a vacuum cleaner. Every woman loves that.
Isn't the rule that every anniversary present should have a cord or be exercise/diet related.

Do you really want to be behind it?

No, no I don't

Actually, I think it does. Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, etc.... all Caucasian. Only recently has Disney started introducing minority princesses - Jasmine, Mulan, Tiana. It was a pretty big deal to my DD when Princess and the Frog was released because now there was a Disney Princess that looked like her. For the most part, kids are colorblind - but let's not kid ourselves. They see a lineup of Belle, Ariel and Rapunzel and they start to think "I guess I'll never get to be a princess."
Some people may call it pandering to certain ethnic groups in order to tap into new revenue streams, but to those little girls that now have a connection to a princess, it means a lot.
Agreed.

The dentist visit went well this morning. It's not every day you hear the dentists say "you have beautiful teeth". Have to admit I think I blushed a little. :rolleyes1

Love this one:

Congratulations.

That's pretty awesome.

:scratchin
Do like Jacob when returning to see Esau and send presents ahead.

:flower3::flower3:

LET MY PEOPLES GO! :lmao::lmao:
Speaking of Bibly-humor, my wife made lentil soup last night. (I got to avoid it and had a bratwurst as a reward for jogging). But anyway, my son tried some, scrunched up his face and said, "Esau sold his birthright for this?" Maybe you had to be there...
Happy Tuesday :thumbsup2

Today my wife and I have been married 19 years :cool1:

This woman is a saint! I think the only reason she didn't run at the alter was because we were going to Disney for our honeymoon :rotfl2:

19 years? In a row? Congratulations. When people ask me what the secret is to our happy marriage I tell them this. "We decided long ago, that my wife would handle all the little decisions and I would handle all the big decisions. So far, nothing big has come up."

.

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao:

The device that has a cord must be household chore related. An iPad makes a terrible gift.

Let my people go.

Good report from the dentist. If the DisDads were a tax exempt organization, could you have called this a recruiting trip and deducted it more so than medical deduction? Where's one if them lawyers when you need them? (lots of punchlines available)

We went to dinner last night. We are trying to keep it low key as we our preparing for a possible big life change. More details to come.

Let us know when you can. Inquiring minds want to know.

We really need to start a pool with a list of runners and see who can pick the most accurate finish order of all the runners. CJ will provide a free week's stay at his house to the winner of the pool (and maybe the runner as well).

As I always said, any time. Have two couches that are available. Will provide bacon.

Good idea on who is running. Maybe a list on the front page?

From memory (and it isn't as good as it used to be):

Tim: Half
Winner AKA Barry: Half
Chris: Not sure which or both races
Paul: Again not sure
The Cheetah Dis Dad Eating Pirate Princess (according to Chris): Full
Me: None

We are doing the Dream next year for our 20th!! Norm and I are also planning on taking over the ship for a few hours!

Don't forget to pick me up on my raft as I paddle out there.

Great point. I am glad all the Princesses' are no longer waiting for their Prince to come. DD went to a school that was fully integrated. She grew up with kids that were Black/White/Asian/Hispanic/Catholic/Jewish/Baptist/Muslim/Agnostic... She is truly colorblind but I can see why Mad was excited to see Tiana. Same with A and Pocahauntus as she is part Native American.

You are a smart man.

I'm running/limping the half. Technically, she is a Dis Dad eating Cheetah, but you were close.

They have planes in Canada?! Do they have ski's on the bottom so they can land and take off on the ice? You must have at least 10 feet of snow up there by now.:lmao::rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2:

No, but enough rain today to choke a horse...:rotfl2:

I love the irony that you in Mass. likely get more snow then we do here. Mississauga is not laying in a snowbelt area as opposed to North, East, West or even South of us..

Now watch me get the Sarnia gig and blow THAT theory out of the water:rotfl2:

I'm running the full. Mostly just for the medal. :thumbsup2

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 Works every time! If you want to stop at 20, that is. :rotfl2:

Hey, at least I didn't suggest a treadmill.:thumbsup2

Add me to the list.

I am running the 5k, half and full

I am running the 5k, half and full

So if running the half and the full is a Goofy, what's all 3? A Dopey?

Updated:

Tim: Half
Timinator AKA Barry: Half
Chris: Half
Paul: Full
Ryan: If there is a race, he is running it. The Dopey - 5K, Half, Full
The Dis Dad Eating Cheetah Pirate Princess (Thanks Chris for the true title): Full
Me: Still not running

Really sorry Ryan, I forgot about you. Think you need to see someone over your decision to do all three. You should to bronze the shoes after the weekend.

I think Matt is doing the half, as well as Justin (jmwest)

Barry, is Ryder doing the baby race?

At this point, no. He's showing no interest in crawling at all. Doc says some kids go right from sitting to walking and he looks like him might be one of those kids. :confused3

Updated Again:

Also adding the 5 foot run to the fridge at the convention bachelor pad.

:rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

So if running the half and the full is a Goofy, what's all 3? A Dopey?
Yup

He's also running from North Carolina to Orlando.
Nah that's be crazy. The jog from MCO over is a nice warm up though.

No problem. The 5k addition was a last minute thing. DW wanted to run, but she didn't want to do a half or a full. I'm just there for moral support.

I shout squirrel at her every now and then to remind her of Up.
Ah, so that's where that squirrel thing came from... I always thought it was a reference to Christmas Vacation :happytv:
I suppose I should see that movie at some point.... :confused3

Congrats! October seems to be popular with the dads. DW and I will celebrate our 10th on Friday. Well continue the celebration since we just got back from Jamaica a week ago. :thumbsup2

I think Matt is doing the half, as well as Justin (jmwest)

Yup!
