Still 30 minutes from lunch time here in the Central time zone. And I've got some home-made Beer Cheese Soup from Le Cellier waiting for me in the fridge. The best part is you put the beer in at the very end so the alcohol doesn't get a chance to cook off. It's like drinking at work!

Be careful with that. We have a drug & alcohol policy that involves random drug tests and random breathalyzers here at work.

Did I mention my soup - in addition to the beer - has bacon in it?

Occasionally, there are times when I think about what my life would be like if I never got married and had kids.

Dec. 8th will be one of those days. Regal Cinemas is having a Lord of the Rings Trilogy Marathon to celebrate the release of "The Hobbit".

If it wasn't for the darn wife and kids, I'd be there.

Oddly enough, despite how much of a Geek that makes me, I still managed to get married and have kids. Go Me!!!
