Twas the night before Disney and... I'm too excited to sleep.

Luggage is all packed, I just have to pack up the electronics. Have to make it through a day of work before our 5 pm flights too.
 
Sorry took some time to study my books I have a test coming up soon and don't want to fail this!!! No this is not Disney related.

Thankfully I have never run into a fake Mickey in NY.:scared1:
Our office space is just a little north of time sq. You can see lots of crazy things there.

Where I can get some of that... I need to freeze my achilies. :rolleyes2
It's good stuff. They'll put samples of it in your race bag, I am guessing you can buy it at running stores but I've never seen it at the stores by me.

At the disney races they have first aid tables that have gallon jugs of the stuff with pump tops in it. Pump it into your hand an smear it on whatever hurts. It's amazing.

I see how it is, I go away for a few days and everyone post without me haha, well packed up and getting picked up at 415am for a 715am flight, and then off to work as soon as I can get there tommarow. Overall I would have to say this trip was great, especially once I learned what DDs pace was and how to go about things with her. Of course trip report will start this weekend, I might need a tutorial on how to name and link the tr in my signature , happy birthday to anyone I missed, prayers go out to those who need them and I hope everyone's doing good, back to reality

Actually its not what you think. See we saved the race to the finish till you got back. Our pace is relatively slow though for being on page 249. At this rate the moderators will kill the thread before it hits 275.

I think my achilies are starting to act up again. I'm going for 4 1/2 miles in the am. If I hurt them again I might just chop my legs off at the knee... that will show 'em who's boss. :thumbsup2

That stink's I hope they feel better. Running injuries are a pain especially if your training for a race. When people get injured the tendency is to start back too soon or to fast and then people get re-injured. I always feel like I'm behind in my training and then wind up pushing myself too hard.
