I was getting an error as well, on one of my e-mail addresses, I wrote to Disney technical support, and believe it or not, the fixed it.

The reason was my account was missing my birthday. I added that, and it worked.

Is that cause they are girly shows? I don't get it... but I think it was a nemesis-ey type thing. maybe NemesiSISSY - not sure.

Either way, I would only watch them off of your recommendation.
