We are closing our refinance loan today. Figured it was time to cash in on the lower interest... no points VA streamline for 4.25%. Still hard to believe that interest rates are so low. Our area is fortunate in that appraisals haven't dropped that much over the last few years. Helps to have the best run city in America!
