Elin I hope you are feeling better :wizard: I am sure you will sing beautifully tonight :goodvibes

Theresa tell Abi congratulations!

Denise :woohoo: for your trip being so close! Yea for a live report :yay:

Tammi hope Nicholas enjoys his 1st date :goodvibes Glad you bought a new washer, sorry about the TV :sad2:

Jennifer good luck with costumes for MNSSHP! Hope you feel better soon :wizard:

Vicki thanks for posting the You Tube link, I haven't seen this one yet :thumbsup2

Jennifer how sweet of Amy :goodvibes Hopefully she will post pictures soon :rotfl:

Amy and Alyssa brought us dinner from the Cheesecake Factory tonight! It was wonderful visiting with them, and they didn't even mind that I looked bedrested and Kyle had worked 32 hours straight not long before they arrived. :goodvibes

AND, they came bearing gifts! You all are too much :flower3: Kyle and I could not believe the generosity of this group! I don't even know how to begin to thank you guys! Amy took some pictures, and hopefully they aren't too horrifying! ;) She promised to post them sooner than she posts her vacation pictures, or the pictures of her newborn children for that matter :teeth:

Kyle has already put the swing together, and we are absolutely enamored with it. I have decided that I desperately need an adult-sized one now, and also that we can't wait to put a baby or two in the baby-sized one! :lovestruc Alyssa also bought me a Webkinz lion, to help pass some time while I'm here on bedrest. I've looked into it just a little bit, and have decided that I should have no excuse but to be a Webkinz pro, since it appears there is more to do on that site than anyone would ever have time for, unless they were stuck on the couch.

Thank you again, for caring so much about these girls (and me!). You are really a phenomenal group of women (and men!) that I am blessed to know. :grouphug:
I'm glad that you are pleasantly surprised. :goodvibes Webkinz is addicting. My kids got me one for Easter, the white dog, and I play along with them.

I let them sit in my lap. That's where they would have ended up anyway, so why pay for a seat to hold the carseat or nothing. I found they were more comfortable and it was more soothing for them to sleep in my arms.

thanks that wa my plan just wanted to hear from some pros

Please let it be known that we just put the kids to bed, and I am going to eat my banana cream cheesecake and watch Desperate Housewives. I promise to post pictures of the Surprise DDA Baby Shower tomorrow! :goodvibes

I hope everyone had a good weekend. :grouphug:

Nicholas had a good time at the movie. He tried explaining it to me but it made absolutely no sense. Then they stopped at Cold Stone afterwards. In a few weeks when life calms down we will have to take his friend out somewhere with us. Maybe bowling or skating.

I guess now I have to go read through Consumer Reports and decide what TV I will be purchasing.

It has been another tiring day here. After work I tackled the boys room, oh my :faint: I did not realize how many clothes they had. I have two extremely large trash bags full for Goodwill. I finally talked the boys into letting me get rid of all their stuffed animals. I am so glad, I have been wanting to toss these for years!

Anyway the boys room looks much better & I am done cleaning for the night. We have large trash day coming up Wednesday, so a lot of stuff is being tossed away to make room for the new :thumbsup2

Deb I showed Gary your nice hallway & now he is considering doing our entryway like this. I told him it looks to complicated for me :rotfl:

Promises, promises :rotfl:

Glad Nicholas had a good time. Good luck TV hunting!

That's the way to play it, Janet. :thumbsup2 Congrats on getting all that cleaning done. I need to go through my kids' closets and drawers and get all of their winter stuff packed away, and go through last summer's clothes to see what still fits. But that is going to wait a few weeks. Our subdivision is having a community yard sale on May 3, or whatever that first Sat. in May is. My mom is staying here for a few weeks, so I'm going to have her get out all the baby stuff, toys, clothes, and start pricing it all. She can do that during the day while I'm at work and the kids are at school. If I can get rid of all that stuff, :sad1: , I can put it toward my appliance fund.

Hi Gang,

Josie came to live with us and she is hiding out on the pile of things that my youngest has put in the basement. There has been a lot of hissing and deep growling going on. :lmao:
I figure she will be eating with the gang in two days.

My cats still hiss at each other occasionally :rotfl:

Well, I got a washing machine. I think it is the same one you got, Janet. I've done 2 loads, sheets and towels, and am finding out that it doesn't take nearly as much soap as the other one. It was 470 at Sears and I got a 12% cash back mail in rebate. The only problem..................now my tv stopped working! :faint:

oh, no!

Paper is still not finished. Today was a crazy day. It was pouring and thundering and lightening. Somewhere there is some leak into the garage. We are not sure if it us from the roof or an indoor pipe. One stove knob control decided it does not want to work anymore. So one of the burners does not properly turn on or off anymore. Finding a replacement knob is proving interesting as the stove and oven is from 1972.

Tomorrow the paper must be finished. I have a dentist appointment, then work and then a relay fund raiser. I still do not know when I am taking my final test for this class. I just wish the class was over and done with, but it is not.

Sorry to be such a downer all the time recently. I have just lost all motivation for the classes. I always have this problem. I am so excited at first and about 5-6 weeks in I am totally done. I totally struggle to get finished and done with the classes.

Thank you for all of your support and motivation. It is greatly appreciated.:cloud9:

Sending :wizard: :grouphug:  to all of you. Hope you had good weekends.

The concert was amazing, if I do say so myself! I still feel a bit rocky, and am hoping that a full night's sleep will help. See you all in the morning.
