I survived Colby's play date and the Basket Raffle meeting here. I'm glad to have that behind me, at least for the night. We will meet again on April 1st to make final arrangements. It looks like we will have close to 100 baskets and or gift certificates. It was a lot of work, but I think it will pay off in the end.

I did see that! Joe & I are going to deliver our stuff tomorrow. We're are all set because we were already signed up. One of my coworkers gave me a TON of stuff. Enough that I would have had enough for the 5 of us. So I went online to sign up DH & the girls and saw that it was closed. I'm surprised Disney isn't extending it. How do you end a year long program after just over 2 months?

I think I'm going to book July. We had our "state of the association" luncheon today and got word that we would be getting a 4.2% bonus in Friday's check. We've been on a wage freeze so they also announced that they would lift that on 7/1/10.

OK...have to go get the last load of clothes for the charity out of the dryer and get to bed!!!

I think I'm going to book July. We had our "state of the association" luncheon today and got word that we would be getting a 4.2% bonus in Friday's check. We've been on a wage freeze so they also announced that they would lift that on 7/1/10.

OK...have to go get the last load of clothes for the charity out of the dryer and get to bed!!!

How exciting to be able to book your July trip but even more exciting to have the bonus and a chance at a raise!!

I saw the ortho today, my official diagnosis is bursitis with adhesions, which are causing the loss of mobility. I start physical therapy tomorrow to try and break the adhesions and regain the lost mobility. Of course I was given a cortizone shot in the shoulder, now I'm going to take a nap.

Oh no -- that was part of my diagnosis, along with the bone spur. I got the shots about every 3 months. Take the PT very seriously and push it as much as you can. It WILL help. Make sure to ice down your shoulder after every session and in between as needed.

I've got to get myself in the shower so that I can get to the school to lead the pledge with my Brownies as part of Girl Scout week. After that, we're looking at some houses, then some comp shopping, then picking up Chase, then picking up the kids, then delivering cookies, then facilitating the finishing of Kassie's Black History Month project, then dinner, then my monthly GS meeting, then I crash and die out of exhaustion. How did my day get to looking like that?!?!?! Bring on spring break!

First of all Good Luck Today. You may have had him by now, good thoughts are with you and with Sammy

I'm not suprised that the Give a Day promo has ended. That is why we did ours early in January. That is a huge venture for Disney of course it may have people heading to the parks that wouldn't have, but for those of us that were going anyway that is a few buck from each of us that we don't have to spend.
