 It will be our very first stay in Kidani Village - we're v excited! Then we have a few days over at OKW too :)

Hi Claire, Stephanie and I will be at Coronado Springs on Friday, Dec 4 and Saturday, Dec 5, then on Sunday we will be on the Wonder and come back on Thursday, Dec 10 and stephanie will leave early Saturday morning, Dec 12 and I will leave Monday, Dec 14. It would be so awesome to see if we could meet!!!!!!

Lindsay and Chanon :wizard::wizard: we're hoping for quick and easy deliveries for both of you. Delivery was the best part of pregnancy for me :goodvibes Nothing will ever compare to holding your baby for the very first time:love::love:

Chris' laptop has some issue and I cannot get it to boot even in safe mode. Of course I don't have the startup disk so I'll probably have to take that to best buy for diagnosis. To top it off our modem seems to be wonky today, often the internet won't work and I have to unplug it. Not sure if it is a cable issue or the modem. Sometimes technology is just a big headache :headache:

It's a race to the finish - whoever makes it first gets to have the first adult beverage! :thumbsup2

Enjoy the fair! I'm so sad that I'm very likely not going to be able to make it down to ours this year. :sad2: It seems to end earlier than I remember it in the past! Of course, I'm probably doing my heart good by not indulging in the deep fried buttter (I kid you not - we'll fry anything in Texas: http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/32665106/ns/today-today_food_and_wine/?gt1=43001 )
OK, so I read that article and deep fried butter actually sounds good - when they make it sound like a crossant! But the Yam on a Stick sounds DELISH!

Are you trying to curse yourself?!! :rotfl:

I was "only" 1 cm dialated with Alyssa and I was all set to have an enjoyable spring break, complete with the works at my local salon. Yeah, my water broke in the yearbook room, an hour after the students left for spring break! Alyssa made her debut a week early. :goodvibes

Lindsay, he'll be here before you know it, and the "joys" of pregnancy will all be a distant memory. I know it hasn't been easy for you.

Yes Amy, I have a while. At least until Tuesday. Sunday I'm getting my fried cheese and Monday is my pedicure. So I'm telling myself three more days... :rotfl:
ETA: the fact that I haven't had any BH's (that I've noticed) or contractions yet also makes me think I have at least until Tuesday...

okay who is the travel agent that the dis boards recomends. I can't seem to find it. Its for a friend. And since AAA won't let Chanon do it. is it small world or dreams unlimited?

I have a friend here who has just started her own business, specializing in Disney travel, she is at LovetheMouseTravel dot com.

Glad our expectant moms are doing well, our slumber party was a success, Aubrey slept from 10 to 6, which is something my two never did at 6 months.
Aubrey has gone home but Brandon is staying and we're taking him to see GI Joe before he goes home for the evening.

Cool, I am hoping to stay at AKL next year. And Elizabeth if we do, I can't count on you to help right? ;)

 It will be our very first stay in Kidani Village - we're v excited! Then we have a few days over at OKW too :)

Heidi - Depends on what kind of help you need! :rotfl2: All these people on the Resort board who want to know what room to ask for and all that sort of thing - I am NO help when it comes to that. They put me where they put me and that is my room. And I know nothing about Kidani. Nothing. We got off the bus there one day just to look around, but all we saw was the shop, the lobby, and a little bit of the savanna behind the lobby.

Thanks I passed this on to her.

Hi, DDA! Happy start-of-college-football-season to you! :thumbsup2

We're still hanging around here, amazingly enough. Our c-section is scheduled for 9/15, unless my OB decides next week that she wants to take us a bit earlier. I'm 1 cm dilated at this point, and they did a biophysical profile yesterday to make sure things were still going okay. They are, but as we're still definitely breech and no one really wants me to go into labor on my own, the decision could be made when we go back on Tuesday to move the c-section up. We'll see - I've been having some pretty significant episodes of contractions this week, so one way or another, it's just a matter of time.

Other than that, I've just been reading along and waiting. There's not much else to report in my life right now, as my life consists of the four walls of my house and my OB's office. I'm very much looking forward to being able to join the land of the living again soon!

Thanks also for all the birthday wishes, e-mails, and cards. You guys are awesome. :goodvibes

Thanks for checkin in Lindsay! :teeth: From the sounds of it, you're gonna deliver before me!
I guess I better check in too - I'm only 1 cm, 60% effaced and still at a -2 so I have a while. Next appointment is Wednesday.

Today I'm finishing up laundry. Tomorrow is church and will be headed to the Geauga County Fair - I've been dying for some fried swiss cheese on a stick  and I'm sure all the walking we are going to be doing will help too.

Maybe we will have two DDA babies born on the same day! Either way, I hope the rest of your pregnancies are carefree and over as soon as you want them to be.

And I am at AKL on the 5th - 7th. It would be great to finally meet you, Clare!

Sounds like a great weekend, Debbie!

Tammi and I just got home from a lovely evening at our favorite wine bar! :goodvibes
How fun!

I am loving all the creativity and speculation that is coming from the Disney/Marvel purchase.

This song is hilarious, before you listen to it with your kids make sure you listen first and approve. Worse words are on TV, but I do not want anyone to get any surprises.

Worth1000.com is a photoshop website that has lots of Photoshopping contests. They have designs in a Disney/Marvel hybrid contest. Some are awesome and super creative.
Those photoshop images are too cool!!!!

Jen your crazy! there I said it.
I was thinking it. Jen hope you check in soon to let us know how much fun you had.

Becky your crazy too! Give me your number, I will so convinve your mom she is right and not to do it.
Now that actually sounds pretty fun.

Good morning, I posted on facebook but I also wanted to post here...

Katie was running the mile outside during PE & fell. She hit her head on the concrete & scraped her leg up pretty bad. She says shes feels better today but still has headache. They gave her a CT scan yesterday & dr said she had concussion & thankfully nothing more.

In the hospital there was a incident where an adolesent male had to be restrained by 4 armed guards in the hallway which freaked us out...

Thank you for your well wishes. :goodvibes
Poor Katie! Hope she recovers quickly!

Not much longer now and you'll be holding Austin in your arms.

Chanon-hope you get your fried cheese!;)

Glad you are still hanging in there. Momboss went yesterday and they said Baby still appears to be staying where she is. Which is good, because Dadboss is out of town this weekend! :scared1: Hopefully she will make it to her scheduled c-section on the 24th or we will all be scrambling! I didn't realize Princess was 4 weeks early, so that makes me kind of nervous for this one!
Wow! I didn't realize she was so far along.

 It will be our very first stay in Kidani Village - we're v excited! Then we have a few days over at OKW too :)
I'll be at Pop probably 12/1 to 12/7 at Pop-we don't have airfare yet so we might go 11/30 to get better airfare. I'm taking Lizzy-Elizabeth Claire with a friend for free dining!

:wizard:How frustrating! Hope you find an easy, cheap fix!

What a good girl Aubrey is!!!! Have fun with Brandon.

Clare - I didn't realize you guys were going to be there the same time as the big DDA group! We are at AKL (Jambo because we are out of points) from Dec. 3-7.

Debbie - YAY for a successful sleepover!

Bernadette - Momboss is due the first week of October, but they scheduled her for 9/24. Which surprises me. I would have thought they would go a bit earlier since Princess seemed to take them by surprise. But they are making her come back weekly so they can check her. That made her angry. :rotfl2: She looks good. I think she can make it 2.5 more weeks!

Becky, Tell your mom she will be okay parasailing. They will not dip you in the water unless you want them to. Just the toes or up to the knees. Stephanie and I loved it.

I am still working on her. I showed her some videos of parasailers, especially ones with them showing them suiting up and the take off and landing portions. As I think that part is what has her most worried. I may just book it and tell her she is going.

I also told her that went Stephen and I went on Castaway Cay the one guy who went was in his late 70's or 80's. Three generations all went. Kids, their Dad and Grandpa they all had a blast.

Over the years I have managed to get her to do many things, she probably would not have picked to do. As I was and still am a dare devil child. After all somebody had to go on the roller coaster or rides with me. ;)

Well, I just got off the phone after getting our reservation number for our room at CS before our cruise. I had a few problems with some emails I set aside and cannot retrieve them.

I was supposed to get up early this morning and make our ADR for Chef de France. Well, since I am not a morning person, I figured that I would call sometime today. Time got away from me, so I just got it. For the time we wanted!!!!!! :woohoo: I am sooooo lucky!!!!!

For our Palo reservation, I will be awake so I can get online just after midnight Sunday. That I know will be hard to get.

90 days to go.:dance3::yay::woohoo::banana::cool1:

I have Lizzy to thank for that! Dorinda took her on Goofy Barnstormer for the first time when I was pregnant with Emma. She was hooked and since she was always pretty timid I wanted to encorage that side of her.

Congrats for Chef de France! Good luck on Palo!:wizard:

Terry - I am glad you were still able to get Chefs. And I know you will get the day/time you want for Palo. You will be wide awake then! ;)

Becky we had 3 generations parasail at WDW. The five of us plus my Dad. We all had a great time. We are all going to do the zip lines in Roatan next summer, my Mom is even booked:goodvibes Hopefully she won't chicken out, but with the boys to egg her on I think she'll do it.

WOW!! What an amazing day!! here is my mini "trip report" of the day for those who asked..
We got to the place around 11:30 and could see the planes flying low so westarted to get nervous/excited. We signed our lives away, watched the safety video and then waited...for hours! Finally, around 2:00, the first group was called--This was myself and 4 people from our group and one guy we did not know. We got in our harnesses and got more safety briefing. I decided to get the video/pictures so we got interviewed and my mom took a ton of pictures as well. I met the guy that would be on my back--his name was Pancake! O geez, that scared me at first! My video guy was Brian. So up we go in the plane and Im looking at the guys I went up with and we are all thinking we are crazy by this point. They told me Ill be number 3 to jump. The first girl from our group went at 12,500 ft (I think) and then it moved so fast! The next guy (we didnt know) went and my guy told me it was us. So we get to the door, i wave goodbye to my friends and we were off! It was AMAZING!! It was such a great feeling, i cant even explain it. It was such a great 60 seconds of freefalling, the camera guy held my hand and we twisted and turned for awhile. he opened the parachute and we flew up! It was awesome! After that ,he took my goggles off and it was so peaceful up there--not a sound! He asked how I liked it and i was just in awe. We landed and the camera guy was in my face right away--i got some great footage!! I saw one of the guys i jumped with and we ran over to each other and s tarted hugging, high fiving and waiting for the rest of our group. We got our certificates and were in time to see my brother and his group go up in the plane. We waited for them to land, got our videos, and we were ALL on cloud 9--smiling from ear to ear..I cant believe I jumped out of a plane today--but i may be doing it again within the next 30 days! I am hooked!!!

Good Evening/Morning DDAers!!

We made it to Water World today...it was a great day to be there...beautiful weather and hardly any crowds. Would have been an awesome day if we didn't have 2 asthmatics in cruddy ozone trying to haul huge tubes up long hills. And then I seemed to have had a clutz moment and took a header into a pole. Well more like a header than my shoulder...hard enough to take my breath away and for me to hear (and feel) 3 pops of ribs. I also hit my elbow and knee..scraping them both good. Needless to say...if I don't feel better in the morning I am going to urgent care.

We then went to watch my 3 nephews while Kristi and Chris went to the Rockies game. My nephews are so cute (they are kind of cookie cutter) but they are definitely 3 handfuls...Caleb is a cuddle bug (which is probably why I hurt more...he wanted held an awful lot).
