Tammi - I am glad you got the TV and all... when will you get it all squared away and set up?

Elizabeth - Wonderful that they could reschedule kitty's surgery!

Theresa - YAY for Mom's visit. That will be very nice for you and the girls.

So is their anything I need to know. As I do not feel up to reading back pages right now. I will try to get pictures up tomorrow as Jeff is trying to fix my laptop. Its been running slow and freezing, plus hes trying to get it to talk to the printer.

Welcome back Jennifer, sorry you are sick and that your trip with your mom/nephew was not good.

Jennifer, you already know my thoughts on group travel. ;)
Sorry you and the girls aren't feeling well! Seems to be the way it always goes. Those respiratory things always make me think of kennel cough - too many people crammed together in too little space. :rotfl: I hope you feel better soon!

Theresa glad to hear your mother is coming to visit!

Cute video, Jennifer. I hope you feel better soon.

I still need to order a new entertainment center for it. What I have now is leaving,, which isn't big enough anyway. I have it narrowed down to 2 that I like, so I think it is going to come down to which I get the better price on. But we will probably have the tv and speakers set up by the weekend, just on a homemade stand, until the real furniture arrives. I can't just leave everything in the boxes and not test it out!

Welcome home Jennifer. Sorry that you are sick.

Theresa - enjoy your time with your mom!

Cute video, Jennifer. I like the treasure hunt idea.

Hey, I just noticed my ticker is in the teens! :yay:

Man we must all be pretty busy lately as slow as things are moving on here sometimes.

We had a crazy good day today! We went to our first park day with a new homeschool group we joined and it is perfect for us! Has the benefits of more similar-minded homeschoolers, cool moms, some of the moms from the farther away group that I really liked and great kids. The best part is that their current park is only 15 minutes away and most of their stuff is less than 30 minutes. The other group I liked was at least 45 min each way, which was just too much. The other benefit is that this group has a wide variety of ages (2-17yos today) which I'm glad Terra will have a chance to see. Plus, she's always related better to older kids than younger. She was in heaven the whole time - playing in the first, running around with the other kids, etc. So much so that I had to convince her it was time to go home after almost 4 hours.

Now I'm just getting some basics down on our Not-yet-color-coded Matrix of Fun. Chanon sent me some rack rate prices and I found some good news in that. The week that ends with Terra's birthday is still value pricing and the next week is only a little higher than that. For some reason I had calculated a much bigger price increase, but heck I'll take this! We'll have to see what the codes end up doing for Feb, but hopefully we'll get to be there on her birthday like she wants to. Plus, that timing will work out perfectly for us to have our vacation and then be home in time for me to start watching our neighbor's baby who is due in mid-January. :woohoo:
